INGREDIENTS
| 1.25 oz | DeLeón Añejo |
| 0.75 oz | Italian Liqueur |
| 1 oz | Sweet Vermouth |
| Earl grey tea (for infusion) |
PREPARATION
- Infuse the recipe with 1 Earl Grey tea bag for about 1 minute.
- Add all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir for about 15 to 20 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice and garnish.
This Negroni variation is all about balance and taste. Not your typical classic recipe with equal part ingredients. This recipe is less bitter to let the DeLeón Añejo flavors shine through the drink. The Earl Grey has bergamot and black tea blends bringing notes of tobacco, orange, and grapefruit flavor to complement and balance the experience.
