DeLeón Paloma Fizz

INGREDIENTS

1 ozDeLeón Blanco
1 ozGrapefruit juice
0.75 ozSimple syrup
0.25Crémant or Sparkling wine

PREPARATION

  • Add all ingredients into a shaker except the Crémant, add ice and shake until chilled.
  • Strain into a highball glass rimed with lime salt and filled with ice.
  • Top off with Crémant, give a gentle stir and garnish.

This classic variation of the French 75 cocktail brings alive the flavors from the tequila, with a bright fresh citrus from the grapefruit and the lime. The Crémant compliments the drink with nutty notes as well as baked brioche and hint of vanilla.
