PALOMA FIZZ

INGREDIENTS
| 1 oz | DeLeón Blanco |
| 1 oz | Grapefruit juice |
| 0.75 oz | Simple syrup |
| 0.25 | Crémant or Sparkling wine |
PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients into a shaker except the Crémant, add ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass rimed with lime salt and filled with ice.
- Top off with Crémant, give a gentle stir and garnish.
This classic variation of the French 75 cocktail brings alive the flavors from the tequila, with a bright fresh citrus from the grapefruit and the lime. The Crémant compliments the drink with nutty notes as well as baked brioche and hint of vanilla.
Glass: Highball or Stemless Sparkling Flute
