0.5 oz | Vanilla syrup |
1 oz | Freshly squeezed lime juice |

PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and gently muddle the pineapple.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice and garnish.
This reimagined margarita, with fresh muddled pineapple and vanilla syrup, brings compounds of clove, vanilla, caramel, and sherry overtones to the experience. The garnish reminds us of a “crème brulée” with a crunchy and soft texture and caramel flavors.
